By Brian Gilliland | Mar 22, 2018

(March 23, 2018) A routine traffic stop on Route 113 near Berlin last week led to two arrests and the seizure of about 2.3 kilograms of cocaine, approximately one kilogram of heroin and a small amount of marijuana.

A grand jury indicted Antwan Bass, 41, of Lakeland, Florida and Danielle Robinson, 27, of Labelle, Florida on charges of possession of a large amount of heroin, possession of a large amount of cocaine, importation of heroin and cocaine, intent to distribute and separate charges of simple possession of the three controlled substances. They are scheduled for trial in Circuit Court in June, and are both being held without bond at the Worcester County Detention Center.

Both have been tried before in Worcester County on similar, albeit smaller scale offenses.

During the investigation, police discovered that Bass had an outstanding violation of probation arrest warrant in Worcester for charges stemming from an incident in 2008.
